④ Contract procedure / payment

Once the property is decided, it will be a contract procedure.
We will make a schedule for various procedures such as confirmation of the move-in date, contents of the contract, payment, etc., and we will fully support you and follow up so that you can make a smooth contract.

⑤ Support for address registration (resident’s card)

Even in Vietnam, you need to register your address, which is equivalent to a Japanese resident card.
Since we will register your address, you do not need to do anything other than a contract to move in. Please leave it to us.

⑥ Move in

After all the confirmations are completed, we will give you the room key.
・ Is there any difference from the previous preview?
・ Are there any differences in the contract details?
If you confirm and sign it, it will be completed.

⑦ Supports payment of utility bills

Basically, the water bill is included in the rent, but the utility bill will be borne by the customer.
We will pay the utility bill on your behalf and charge the customer.
